I’m a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Counselling Skills and an FdSc in Counselling from the University of Bristol. As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, my approach is centred around you—your needs, your experiences, and your goals. There’s no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution in therapy, which is why I tailor our sessions using a blend of therapeutic approaches to best support you.

Additionally, I am a member of Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Private Practice (CAPPP) and hold both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. I am also a registered Data Controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – Reference No. ZA522768.
